Successful Renewal of Accreditation by the Department of Tourism

AIMS Museo Maritimo Accreditation Certificate

We would like to formally announce that AIMS Museo Maritimo of CLAMS has successfully renewed its accreditation with the Department of Tourism (DOT) as a recognized museum. This renewal reflects our continuous commitment to meeting the standards set by the DOT for the operation of tourism facilities and services, and we remain dedicated to providing quality service to the public. We are grateful for the DOT’s careful assessment and the continued opportunity to operate as a museum under their guidelines.

This achievement highlights the importance of collaboration with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, and we are thankful for the support and guidance received throughout this process. The renewal of our accreditation will allow us to further develop and refine our programs, as well as continue to contribute to the understanding and appreciation of maritime history and culture.

We would like to acknowledge Sir Alexander S. Dimalaluan of CAS for his assistance during the application process, and express our thanks to Sir Juan Martin R. Guasch and the entire CLAMS teams. We also extend our appreciation to the CLAMS team especially to Ma’am Janet Abuid-Dandan for her continued dedication to this effort and guidance.
