FREE Screening of Ocean with David Attenborough

In celebration of World Ocean Day, AIMS Museo Maritimo invites you to a FREE special screening of the acclaimed documentary "Ocean with David Attenborough" on Saturday, June 7, 2025. This event is part of the museum’s ongoing CineMaritimo series, which showcases powerful ocean-themed films that inspire awareness and conservation.

Venue: CLAMS Archives Room, Deck 5 Lighthouse Building, AIMS Campus

First Screening: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Second Screening: 01:30 PM – 3:00 PM

About the Film:

Ocean with David Attenborough takes audiences on an awe-inspiring journey through the planet’s most vital and vibrant ecosystem—the ocean. With stunning visuals and the unmistakable narration of world-renowned broadcaster David Attenborough, the film explores coral reefs, kelp forests, and the open ocean, revealing how essential a healthy ocean is to the survival of all life on Earth. The documentary sheds light on urgent challenges such as destructive fishing practices and coral bleaching, while offering hope through real-life stories of ocean recovery and resilience. As a special treat, the screening includes A Deeper Dive with David Attenborough, an exclusive behind-the-scenes featurette with interviews and never-before-seen footage from the film's production.

Admission is completely FREE, and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
