AIMS Museo Maritimo participated in the AGORA: Crossroads of Creativity, Culture, an Ideas as one of the event exhibitors, held on December 8 – 9, 2025 at the 4th Level of the SM North EDSA Annex Atrium in Quezon City. This event was hosted by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) – Philippine Cultural Education Program (PCEP) Division and was attended by artists, cultural educators, heritage advocates, and students from various parts of the country. This two-day activity features exhibitions of cultural and heritage-based organizations, cultural performances and academic institutions passionate about Performing Arts and Philippine Culture.

In addition to promoting AIMS Museo Maritimo and the museum’s services, the booth also featured the modular exhibits made by the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) – Department of History interns, which the event participants were able to try.

We would like to thank NCCA - PCEP for inviting us and giving us an opportunity to showcase what the Asian Institute of Maritime Studies (AIMS) can offer. It was truly an honor to be part of an event that brought together such an inspiring community filled with creativity and ideas. AGORA 2025 provided us with a valuable platform to share our mission, engage in meaningful conversations, and connect with individuals and organizations who share our passion for heritage education. We would also like to express our gratitude to those who supported us in this event, especially to the members of the School of Heritage Education (SHE) and the Admissions Team.

This experience has inspired us to continue innovating and working toward our objective in promoting and preserving Philippine Maritime Heritage, and we look forward to future opportunities for partnership and participation.
