Steps
Submission
First Step
Submit a photograph of the item you plan to donate by sending it to our Facebook page or emailing it to museomaritimo@aims.edu.ph. Additionally, please include supporting documentation such as proof of acquisition or other relevant provenance details.
Review
Second Step
We will carefully assess submitted items per our collection management and acquisition policies. During the review process, we may request additional provenance documentation to ensure a thorough evaluation.
Accessioning
Third Step
Upon successful review, the item will be formally accessioned into our collection, and the details of the agreement will be finalized.
